Add transparency support

I almost made the switch to XnView then I discovered it show transparent areas in PNGs and GIFs. So back to IrfanView it is.

If IrfanView can do it, why can't your program do it?

XnView is showing the transparent areas in white.

could you send me the file, it seems that it's 8bits PNG with alpha
