Hi everyone!
Well, this is odd. I have Xnview v. 1.92 on my computer, and I just purchased a new laptop. I installed the same version of Xnview (1.92, not 1.92.1) on my laptop. On the laptop, I cannot click on a PNG or TIF/TIFF file and open it. If I right click the image and try to set the default program to Xnview, I get an error message that says "Warning: Error opening the file....".
I have the file association in settings set to view TIF and TIFF, so why is this happening? It works fine on my computer (PC), but not on the laptop. I have Windows Vista on the PC and Windows 8 on the laptop, not sure if that's the issue. Is there some way to fix this problem? Thanks!
Suddenly, cannot open TIF/TIFF files - why not?

Re: Suddenly, cannot open TIF/TIFF files - why not?
Another odd thing, if I click on a JPG image in any given folder and scroll through the images (I set the mouse wheel to scroll through images, not zoom in and out), it will display the TIF images just fine. However, I cannot double click and open a TIF image directly, nor can I "Open with..." Xnview.

Delete "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.tiff" and "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.tif" in REGEDIT and reboot. Tested on ME only.
There is indeed no WinZIP under my rock.
