Installer: Do not create the "Deinstall XnView" link

Creating a link in the start menu for deinstalling a program is a relic from Windows 3.1 and neither necessary nor meaningful nowadays.

Therefore I strongly recommend to omit creating this link in future versions of XnView and XnViewMP.
