I am running XnViewMP 0.64 - x86
For View mode, I think it is good that the current behaviour of deleting a picture through view causes the view to switch to the next image file in the directory's file list
But I'm thinking an optional behaviour could exist whereby the View (view tab) would simply just close itself after a picture is deleted.
So I think a fitting name for a tickbox setting named ' Close view on file deletion '
it should go under Settings>General>File operations
