Do I need a plugin for nConvert to work with SVG?

Which plugin do I need if any for nConvert to turn an SVG to a JPG.
I wish the list of supported file types would have a column for "Need Plugin" or "Need 3rd Party Software" and then a link to it. Instead now, I have to go through the seven stages of grief when QA tells me this type isn't working.

currently you have only the 3rd party plugin from cadsofttools.com (CADImage.dll)
