1. Download & install this:

2. Reboot the computer

3. ...and (re)try this:
I tried to add MTS to the MPEG, Quicktime and AVI lanes in XnView settings, but none of them works :(

I had problems playing some movies using Windows Media Center (I am using a cable card to record TV -shows) and had installed another codec pack: http://shark007.net/
They warned about installing K-Lite so I am a little concerned that also installing K-Lite may mess things up.

I don't understand why Windows Media Player can play the MTS file, but not XnView?
