Needs more fields under IPTC for one thing.
And a search for "Car" in a folder of over 100 JPEG images, with "Exact phrase" clicked, brought up images where "car" (lower case) appeared in the middle of a word (such as "sidecar.")

Still, you're doing better than Picmeta's PIE free version--that application's search (by Other Metadata) has gone from great to 'piddle poor,' to coin a phrase. In the latest version, on the same folder and the same files. "Car" brings up no matches at all.
