The bug exists in the "tools/change timestamp".
I had selected two files, one with Exif times (taken, digitized, modified), the other without Exif times.
For the file with Exif times, the correct times are shown in the second column for the existing times. Now switch with the arrow below the preview in the dialog to the second file.
For the second file without the Exif times in the file, the Exif times of the first file are shown in the second column for the existing times.
This doesn't cause any damage, because XnViewMP doesn't react on them even when the "wrong/not existing" Exif times are set to be used for other metadata, but it irritates massively.
If I only select the second file and start the "tools/change timestamp" the second column for the existing Exif times is empty. Which is correct.

Re: Shows Exif time when no Exif exist
It also shows the 'wrong' Exif dates when 'create exif date' is NOT checked and the individual Exif dates are NOT checked.
Thus, IMHO it's not normal. But as I said it's only a minor issue, since it doesn't cause any damage.
Example: two pictures selected simultaneously and then 'Tools/Change Timestamp'.

Second picture without own Exif data

The dialog shows the Exif data of the first picture for the second picture.
