Selection zoom improvement

I love XnView and would like to suggest three improvements to the selection zoom feature:

1. As you drag the selection, a white rectangle shows the exact area that will be shown after zooming. The background is darkened.
2. On-screen statistics showing the current and selected zoom levels (eg 50%).
3. A second rectangle showing where 100% zoom (actual size) lies. The selection should "snap" to this.
