Is it possible to view thumbnails for "Paint Tool SAI"?

SAI "File Browser" (Menu > Open File) is presenting .sai files with thumbnails... (if this information can help anyway).

Yes SAI is very popular now (I own it myself! :) and for many years it's been an annoyance that Windows Explorer (and every thumbnailing utility actually..) is unable to display its thumbnails.
Like you said, the only way to view thumbs for .sai is via the built in file browser.

So yea, I'm just posting to agree that SAI support would be wonderful (and I can subscribe to the thread too while I'm here!).
I'm also able to provide .sai files if needed.
