[2.22] Bug with fullscreen

XnView v2.22 (Apr 7 2014)
Libformat 6.56
When open image file from windows explorer, it opens in fullscreen.
But it opens with grey (white) frame.
If i press F11 (toggle fullscreen mode), then I press it again, the frame disappears.

Windows 8 x64.
On Windows 7 x64 all is fine.

which mode in Option>General>Mode when starting file?

i can't confirm, i have no frame under win 8.1
