File | New, Open DB

Just a simple but important request:

Add in the File menu two items:

New Catalog
Open Catalog

With the obvious meaning: Creating a New DB and Opening an Existing DB with updating in background the value of Tools | Settings | Integration | Paths | Folder for Database to 'Custom'

The code already exists, we just need a simple GUI for the non-geek users which come from Lightroom, Aperture etc.
