[0.68] Image > Resize... bug?

Changing the DPI changes the image pixel dimensions, not the print size...

Yes, of course IF you have the 'Resample' checkbox checked (see the dialog).

Changing DPI + Resample checked = Same Print Size + Pixel dimensions change

Well yes, if the DPI is changed either the print size or the pixel dimensions have to change, but I'm not sure that selecting or not selecting 'Resample' is an intuitive way to determine which...

In other dialogs 'Resample' is generally an option related to improving image quality.

The XnView 'Classic' interface is different: the 'Resize' function has no DPI setting, and there is an Image > Set DPI... setting.

I'm not entirely convinced yet that the MP interface is sound...

Well, it is (perhaps unfortunately). Photochop sez so.

It is the way in which Resize is designed in Photoshop and in many other programs. Yes, I understand your feelings.
