sorting files on name or extensions

Post by FrozenOne »

Hi,

I am using XnView for some years now. I learned to know XnView through the website of Total Commander (www.ghisler.com).

XnView works perfectly with TC, I only have 1 little problem.

Is it possible to have XnView sorting out the files the same way TC does (*)? In TC I have my files sorted out on the extension FIRST and then on name. Ex. All my bmp are listed before my jpgs. It would be nice when I open an image through TC that XnView takes the same following.

Thanks in advance for the fantastic job you do with XnView.

I've found that you can choose the order files are arranged in in browser mode, but have no control over normal mode. Being able to control how files are sorted in normal mode would be a welcome addition.
