Crashes after scanning and saving multiple images

1. Scanning multiple images
2. Selecting "File / Save opened images..."
3. Selecting "Close All" (or similar - I use a localized version)
4. It asks if I wanted to save changes (after saving...)
5. Choosing something (don't remember...)
6. CRASH
