Filigrane with transparent colour (png file)

Post by Bebmoumoute »

Hi,

I am trying to put a logo on my photos.
I have been using the filigrane command in the convert menu with the attached png file.
LOGO-small.png
LOGO-small.png (42.77 KiB) Viewed 1400 times
The problem is that when I do this, this does as below (I used pink to clean the logo before saving it as a png...).

Any solution?

You are using XnView 'Classic' [v2.22 for example] with the French language selected? Not XnViewMP or XnConvert?

Could you please describe in more detail the result you wish to obtain...

Due to a known limitation, transparency will not be preserved in cases like this.

Edit: I've converted LOGO-small.png (truecolor + single color transparency) with an old version of Macromedia Fireworks to 32-bit (truecolor + alpha channel transparency):
