Frequent crash while playing videos

Hello,

Running 2.23, I get frequent crashes while playing videos (screen freeze). I need to kill task to close tool.

Is there anyway I could send back some debug traces so that you can have a look at what is happening?

Mostly mp4 files. But I just had a mov file too.

I'll try to keep track of them.
