Picture size in cm or inch

Are you not able to select 'cm' using the drop-down menu as follows:

I can change it to cm but I don't want to do it every time again. In XnView Classic this was changeable to cm as standard.

O.K. the problem is that in the Image > Canvas resize... menu the inch/cm setting is not persistent...

Confirmed, even when the program is run with Admin rights.

Edit: Same issue for Image > Resize...

Yes, also with Admin rights it is the same issue. Also in the Image > Canvas resize... or Image > Resize... menu.
