I have downloaded newest version and when I want to convert images using settings in Output "Source Folder" and "New{Filename}" i get "create error" which has never happened before with the old version.

No problem for me using XnConvert 1.66 x32 zip on Windows 7.

You have done exactly the same with XnConvert 1.65 without a problem?

It might be helpful if you could post a screenshot of your Output tab...

yes, I've done it before without a problem. I'm using Macbook Pro OS X 10.9.5.

Possibly a Mac issue??

The 'Create error' message appears on the Status tab, does it?

Possibly related to the particular Actions or file formats you are using at the moment -- have you done exactly the same operations before without problems? That seems possibly the most likely explanation...

No problem for me with rotation of a PNG file on Windows 7:
