Crop tool in XnWievMp 069x32 doesn't work.

When I choose the crop tool I can't draw a rectangle. In the options on the left dropdown i can choose exact format, and the rectangle shows, but it is impossible to rotate or resize it. The cursor change into rotating arrows, but nothing happend.
Also the categori sets not work properly eather.
Please, any suggestions...??

Could you please check this setting which could possibly be relevant to the problem:

Tools > Settings...

Also the categori sets not work properly either.
Please, any suggestions...??
