Hello,
I noticed that XnView 2.25 (Win 7, SP1) applies an incorrect value when changing the timestamp of an image, s. screenshot.
Although XnView shouldn´t change the time as it is set to +00:00:00, it would be decreased by one hour.
Noticed with images from two different cameras (GoPro 3, Nikon S220).
Didn´t notice with earlier versions of XnView, though I don´t know exactly which of those I used the last time when changing timestamps.

Re: Change timestamp is off one hour
There have been changes in v2.25 with regard to daylight saving time, but this didn't fix the issue.
I've come to believe that the problem depends on whether or not Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes (Contol Panel » Date and Time » Time Zone) is activated.

Thx for the other forum URLs. I did a search before, but apparently not thoroughly enough. Will report back in one of those.
