Correctly saves DDS.
DDS source 1920 * 1200, put 1920 * 1080 = 2048 * 2048 (blurred, displaced, with a black stripe)
try on another, DDS in jpg, resize to 1920 * 1080 resolution, and jpg in dds, and again the exact same problem
