Dragging image thumbnails to rearrange them?

Dragging image thumbnails to rearrange them?
When I try to rearrange an image like I would normally (say on the desktop), XnView makes a copy of the file. Is there a way to rearrange files so the pictures I want to be next to each other are? Preferable, is there a way to rearrange them by dragging them where I want them to be?
