In real filmstrip view it isn't allowed to modify the height of the thumbnails area.
In the other views it is allowed, but resizing with mouse is buggy. Please try for yourselves.
Sometimes the height result is the opposite of the mouse action.
This is only in layout 7.

- I use always Layout "4", and didn't notice any bug at resizing there, as well the thumbnails board as the tree-dock…
{ Aside : With the filmstrip layout I tested, it's impossible to get again the local menu to switch back to another layout. Only the normal menu “View” is usable.}

Clo, please describe this a little more precisely.
I wasn't able to reproduce it, because I didn't understand it. I couldn't manage a case where main menu was missing.
Filmstrip layout is really important for me - so thanks in advance.

Hello !
- Simple : since you have a stripe, there is pratically no room between thumb-nails to right-click and get the menu
- The local menu in the "Preview" area has not "Layout"…
- You have this in the "View" menu of the menu-bar only.

I can't reproduce it with pre-release version...
Hm, that's curious ...
Holding LMB and throwing the mouse to the bottom, moves the small button bar to the top - and vice versa.

Why? Because I wonder that the most useful and "natural" feature which should come with it is missing. I mean : an auto-scroll command.
Clo wrote:Absolutely right ! I couln't find out such a command… I guess it should be added in a next version, with the appropriate main option : tweak the scrolling speed. A relative scale could do the trick, i.e. :
1———2———3———4———5
« Slow——————————Fast »
Your ideas are fine, but I support Dreamer's suggestion.
A new thread about filmstrip development would be great.
I also have some ideas ...
