Can't See Changes to Thumbnail Labels

Hi,
I want to display the IPTC Caption for my thumbnails as well as the filename. Under Tools/Options/Thumbnails/ThumbnailLabel I have added IPTC: Caption at the top of my list, but the data does not display. I have tried "Rebuild Thumbnails" for the directory but nothing changes. What am I doing wrong?

Hi,
I fixed the initial problem - I just needed to change the "View As" to "Thumbnail + Label".

Supplementary question:
Is there any way to see the description from the descript.ion file in the thumbnail label?

you can create a custom with description as field
