V0.72 -export to webp - compress to file size
I the export to webp dialog I can select a destination file size for the picture. XNView MP ignore my settings.
PC: Intel 8700k + Asus Z370-F + 48 GB RAM Corsair+G.Skill + Asus RTX 3050 OC + Samsung SSD

i've tried with cwebp and it's the same thing, perhaps an issue in last webp library
