12 bit colour band, Intergraph format

At the begining, I am sorry for my English.
I want to propose two new features for a new release of XnView:

- the possibility of opening images of 12 bits per colour band
- the possibility of opening images of Intergraph format. An Intergraph image is an image with TIFF format and data in JPG compression, with tiles (normally 256) and overviews (normally 7 or 9).
