cant play mp4 video

had to reload xnview v1.91. now i cant get mp4 videos to play anymore.

Please change in [Browser] section, VideoFormat=3

in v 1.91 there is no line under browser that shows videoformat=3 I tried to add it and save, but it still wont play mp4 or mpg video
