So I reverted back to 0.72. Same issue: Keeps crashing and crashing and crashing.
It is absolutely unusable for me.

Here is what happened:
1. As performance of application was not good, I "optimized" the database.
2. I did not click "remove thumbnails" but all thumbnails have been removed
3. Now for 2 days I am trying to recreate thumbnails but XnvieMP keeps crashing no matter if I use 0.75 or if I use 0.72
4. Crashes are vor various reasons, some involve ntdll.dll most involve divx.dll
