MP0.72 LinuxX64 - bug Replace (into batch rename module)

Into: Tools\Batch Rename:

If I select Replace: jpg by png that's work ... but if I try to replace: .jpg by .png (doesn't work any more into MP0.72 ver.) ... the issue seems to be the point char "." ???
