I don't know, i've rebuild version on Archlinux, but this version doesn't works on ubuntu (glibc)... i must find a better solution...

could you try something with original XnConvert exe?

In a terminal, type

(replace .... by the path)
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/home/...../XnConvert/lib
export QT_PLUGIN_PATH=/home/...../XnConvert/lib

gdb ./XnConvert
run
where

and send me the stack trace?
