Dialog to Appear on Same Monitor

My workstation has three monitors. One uses the motherboard's onboard graphics card, the other two are plugged into a PCI-plugged graphics card.

When I use XnView on Monitor #2 and open the Options panel, the Options dialogue (and other dialogue windows, too) always open on Monitor #1.
If I manually move the dialogue window to the monitor where XnView is and then close it - it doesn't make any difference.

Is there a trick to getting the dialogues to open on the same monitor as the application?

XnView has all kinds of options which have no GUI controls. But I'm too lazy to read through wiki. In general positioning window on some particular display is a matter of setting window's proper coordinates on virtual desktop which spans across all your monitors.

If it is a setting without any control, I doubt it's going to be mentioned in the wiki.

I've looked through the wiki, and I can't find anything relating to multi-monitor dialogues.
