Non Image files

I was wondering if there was a method of batch converting non-images files (such as MSword , Powerpoint, Etc....) to Tiff?

Something like a) install virtual printer with tiff-creating capabilities b) make shortcut for this printer c) drag all printable files on this shortcut? Never tried this myself.

Something like that, may work, i see problems with with file naming unless the print driver has the options.
