[Linux] gstreamer 0.10 -> gstreamer 1.0

I think it's finally the time to migrate the code to gstreamer 1.0. Lots of distros, mainly legacy ubuntu releases which only carry gstreamer 0.10, have long hit end of life/support. So I think it's safe to drop gstreamer 0.10 and move away to gstreamer 1.0

FYI, Redhat 6 and its variants (EL6, CentOS6) is long-term support and still alive for long, and ships gstreamer 0.10.
