0.78 x64: cannot enter specific key combo in settings

When I try to enter Ctrl+Shirt+3 XnViewMP inputs it as "Ctrl+Shirt+#" and it does not work.

Just any command. This is not a matter of command, it is a matter of how XnView reads the combination. XnView saves it as I mentioned it, with octocorp, both in dialog and in default.keys. Just try to input it in shortcut settings tab, you will see it yourself (if it is a common bug).
