Increase width of address bar

I have a 1920 width screen - plenty of room since I always run MP in maximized mode.

Is there a way to increase the length of the address bar? In my old Classic configuration the addressbar was the right-most object and so it would automatically expand to fill the rest of the toolbar.
But I can't seem to customize this toolbar (even in Classic).

How can I increase the width/length of the address area in the browse toolbar?

I looked - it says resolved for version .80!
