Thumbnails forget size when panel divider moved

Post by bgoodman »

Using XnView MP 0.79 x64 on Windows 7 (does not occur on Linux).

Select Layout 2 from menu.

Using menu, change thumbnail size to a different size.

Move divider between file tree and thumbnail panel.

Thumbnails revert to previous size.

Welcome to the forum, bgoodman (-:

On the browser toolbar, there's a button (next to the slider) for switching “between width of thumbnail and number of thumbnails per row”.

If a user selects a thumbnail size, shouldn't the browser display mode change to "width of thumbnail"?

Otherwise, the browser is in an inconsistent state which causes wild changes like the one I describe.

PS: I don't have the browser toolbar displayed. Are those controls available in the menus somewhere?

Yes, makes sense to me.
