Comments in panel

Today I was looking at this interesting program:

It lets you easily store comments in jpeg files and then add the comments as overlays for your text.

Now, MP has a nice floating panel (except it is modal and requires confirmation) that appears when you push ctrl+D (or select Set Comment from the context menu).

My request is that this little panel become dockable.
I would like to go through folders of jpegs and add comments to my jpegs just by typing into the docked panel and moving on.
So we'd make the panel non-modal, add autosave, and make the panel dockable. (I'm not asking here for the ability to add photo-captions)

It might be nice to have the Edit IPTC-IIM/XMP panel made dockable as well.
