Copy PNG to clipboard and Copy image to Skype aren't working

I have two files. One JPG and one PNG: http://prntscr.com/bsq98m

If I open and copy JPG to photoshop, the image copies just fine, while PNG won't copy right: http://prntscr.com/bsqe7b

Also if I paste any image into skype I get the image path instead of the image itself.
Telegram gets a picture without an alpha chanel: http://prntscr.com/bsqgf5
Slack gets a Photoshop version of an image: http://prntscr.com/bsqgsv
Viber gets the path too.

Is there a way to fix this?

you have Copy to clipboard>Image data
Else i've tried with a RGBA PNG, and photoshop only import RGB
