Auto play always on. How to turn it off? (v.0.81)

Hi,

As showed in the following snapshot, I unchecked the (auto) play video in both View and Misc. settings, however when I click on a video file in the browser it is still auto playing:

a) How to turn auto play off permanently?

b) It seems settings>View>Auto play (video) should be the option for that (if it was working). So, for what is "Play video" in Misc. (settings>View>Misc.>Play video)?
