2.36: multiple scan to directory: Scan Dialog closes always

Hi,

this is for XnView 2.36 on Windows 10, and a Canon MG5250 Scanner.

Action:
-file -start multiple scan to directory (item below normal scan)

Result:
multiple scans to directory dialog box opens

Action:
set target directory, click "scan"

Result:
scan dialog box opens

Action:
set scan parameters, click "scan"

Result:
scan runs and is saved, scan dialog box closes

expected result (like before Windows 10):
scan dialog box stays open to be able to continue multiple scans

Please follow these steps, dlenne:

1. Go to Info » About....
2. Select the INI file location and copy the path to the clipboard.
3. Close XnView.
4. Start Notepad and open xnview.ini.
5. Enter a new line in the [Scan] section:

   Code: Select all

   newMethod=1

6. Save xnview.ini.
7. Restart XnView.
