What do you mean? 0.84 uses ffmpeg like previous version.

I had a weird issue that it was not using ffmpeg. I had used the latest ffmpeg binary and with that it would not work for some weird reason.
When I copied the binary from my 0.81 then it started working again.
I don't know why.
