Re: Can I Select Multiple Categories to see ???
Not because you see the categories that have "A" OR "B" I'm looking for some way to make it "A" AND "B"Erixx haxx wrote:Hello:

In this case "Dogs" and "Ocean"

Yes, Ctrl + Left Mouse button will select multiple categories and display all images that matches any of these categories. I.e. XnView displays all images that belong to category "Dogs" or category "Ocean" or category "City".Erixx haxx wrote:Did you try to use ( ctrl + L-click ) to select more then 1 category in the filter panel ??
FAIK, currently there is no way to display images that belong to all categories, i.e. only images that belong both to category category "Dogs" and category "Ocean" and category "City".
XnView's search allows for combining search criterias with different logical operators (and / or). Search is started using "Tools > Search". But using search is very different to using the category pane and might be too cumbersome for your use case.

I tried and it seemed to work for me, Unless i'm seeing something different.

It's a bit annoying to hit the CTRL could be a simpler way.
Re: Can I Select Multiple Categories to see ???
Correct, Erixx haxx, the Match>Any and Match>All should do the job. (I didn't know about this feature until now).Erixx haxx wrote:... What is the (Match All ) (Match Any ) switch at the top for.
