0.83: Crash at start with win10 build 14965

Hello.

I've checked it at my 2 computers (win 10 x64 and x86 - build number 14965 - insider preview) - xnviewmp just crashes at start.
There was no problem with previous windows build - also there is no problem with xnview (not MP) app.

This problem is supposed to be fixed in XnView MP 0.84 beta 3. Could you please try and confirm the bug fix, dslava?
