Wallpaper Manager for XnView 1.81

Post by ckit »

- Dialog box will need folder tree, file list (thumbnail mode and details),2x image preview windows.
- Delete older or newer wallpaper in XnView's folder (\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\XnView)
- Convert any of the BMP's to another format in the same folder as the BMP's.
- Compare BMP's to check for duplicates.
- Create Contact Sheet or Web Page of XnView's wallpaper.
- Delete file and Delete to Recycle Bin
- Use "Create CD\DVD with Nero Burning ROM" to backup small or large wallpaper collections created by XnView over time. Both Single and Multisession Track-at-once creation please!

I'll update this as I go :)

Sorry, I can't support this request. There are free Wallpaper Managers for such purposes, I'd like to have rather other features...

I need just one option here:

- remove wallpapers older than [x] day(s)

(or - maintain maximum [x] wallpapers)

Right. The idea is good, but I also think XnView should really focus on the core business which is multi-format image viewing. If a simple addition makes the Wallpapers work much better, this should be added. But XnView should not become a fully featured Wallpaper manager.
