Effect: When tagging or untagging files by checking the box on their thumbnails, if the mouse is moving when it's checked, it will cause unwanted behavior. One of two things happens: whatever file is selected will jump to a new position to the left of the item the cursor is over (this happens regardless of how many files are selected, but only the first one is moved, and it could just as easily be moved to the right of the file, but because the checkbox is on the left side of the thumbnail, that's the side it almost always ends up going) or, less frequently, the mouse will act like the left button is being held down and will begin to select files (via the selection rectangle) as it's moved around. The behavior of dragging the mouse is different over these checkboxes than it is over the rest of the thumbnails. And which of these two things happens seems to be reliant on...something.

To reproduce:
1. Select one or more files in browser
2. Click the checkbox on another file's thumbnail and begin moving the mouse before releasing the mouse button
Actual behaviour (bug): See above
Expected behaviour: The checkbox should be checked/unchecked and nothing else
