MP 0.35 Win: Mouse Wheel Scrolls Too Fast

This might not be considered to be a bug but it is quite frustrating. In browser, the mouse wheel scrolls too far up or down, thus making it difficult to browse images clearly.

Doesn't happen on my machine. It scrolls a page at a time.

I think this is related to topic below. Exact 100% panel change can look too fast? Hopefully, authors will be provided some control over it or an outside setting discovered.

I don't think the mouse wheel should scroll page by page. Wouldn't scrolling page by page go better with PgUp and PgDn keys instead? I think the scrolling should be similar to how it is scrolled in folder windows, browser windows, text editors, etc.; something we are used to. It just seems too fast. Or at least have an option to modify its speed.

--- While I was writing, I just noticed and read the other post. It seems that the feature is bound by Qt's limitations? I hope there is a way to work around it.

In v0.84, when scrolling the file list using the mousewhell the thumbnails are scrolled row-wise (not page-wise).
