0.61: "Properties" don't work on folders

In thumbs pane, right-click on a thumbnail to show the pop-up menu. Choose the last item called "Properties".

If the thumbnail is a photo, the item works as it should showing the OS dialog of the file's properties.

If the thumbnail represents a folder, then the item doesn't display anything.

Also, please add, the same item in the Folders Tree's right click menu.

Properties for folders have been added in v0.64.

Still missing in v0.84. In XnView Classic such a menu item is avaiable, so I consider this as a bug.

Works for a single file / folder. Also works in Folders tree.

Multiple files / folders selected in thumbs pane are not supported.

To be fair, Pierre did something.
