Combine tool bars and pull down menus

Screen real estate is wasted on the title bar, pull down menus, and the tool bars. It'd be cool if it were customizable like for Firefox. It's nice with MP you can hide the title bar though I don't see why it'd ever be needed, even when not maximized. It'd also be cool if the pull down menus could be hidden until you press the Alt key to make them appear, like you can do with FF and Thunderbird.

That said, really great program

Yep Laptop. But it's a valid concern no matter the size of your display. Thou shalt not waste screen real estate!
