Show Only Images in Browser

Show Only Images in Browser
In Options > Browser > File List there are checkboxes to select which file types are displayed in the browser. I only have Images checked and everything else unchecked but the browser still shows all file types. How are these options supposed to work?

Yes, I have everything unchecked except Images, but the thumbnails view still shows text, html, other non-image files, etc.
